Crocker Grove

Located in the heart of the northerly native population, Crocker Cypress Grove is a well-known, native, first-growth Monterey Cypress Forest.

Indian Village

Located just inland of 17-Mile Drive, this 20-acre parcel of mature Monterey pine forest is home to the well-known Gingerbread House, which includes a park-like clearing and picnic facilities.

Casita de Lemos

This storybook Hansel and Gretel cottage is situated on a 1.02-acre property on Indian Village and was a gift from the Pebble Beach Company in 1993.

The Del Monte Forest Conservancy

currently oversees 12 parcels located throughout Pebble Beach.

Easements

The Del Monte Forest Conservancy has accepted easements on approximately 507 acres of land which will increase to 1075 acres in the near future.

Maintenance Responsibilities

DMFC develops and follows long-term restoration and maintenance standards for each property.

Rentals

Indian Village is available for events including weddings, family gathering, and corporate retreats.

Projects

In addition to maintenance and upkeep, the Conservancy also undertakes projects to facilitate natural revitalization of the lands, including restoration, removal of invasive (non-native) plants, reforestation, and much more.
